You can do this easily and quickly in three steps 

You can return your order within 14 days of receipt, and we will ensure that the purchase amount is credited to your account within five working days after receiving the return.

Step 1: Fill in the Return Form

Step 2: Send Your Order Back
Send the items along with the completed return form to the address provided on the form. Make sure the package has a Track and Trace code.
As the sender, you are responsible for the shipment, and we want to avoid any misunderstandings.

Step 3: Receive Your Refund
Once we have received the package, we will ensure that the purchase amount is credited back to your bank account within five working days.
